• ❌ We do not deliver to: DD, PH, KA, PA, IV, and all Scottish Highlands

🔁 Missed Delivery Policy

Our deliveries are door-to-door via SGK Distributions.

If you miss your confirmed delivery slot:

• £15 (or £30 for surcharge areas) will be deducted from your refund if you cancel or reschedule after a failed attempt.

• Delivery cannot be rescheduled on the same day. Drivers often depart early with parcels.
  To reschedule, please reply to the SGK email you will receive.
